Executive Administrative Assistant

About the role 

Roku is looking for a proactive Executive Administrative Assistant who can manage the myriad of details that make any multi-national company tick like a Swiss watch. You’ll be expected to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, performing all administrative duties supporting multiple executives/management (SVPs, VPs, Directors). We need someone with strong verbal and written communication skills and must be able to track various projects. You will be handling confidential documents, writing correspondence, and supporting management and teams across global time zones in this position. This is a non-exempt position. 

For California Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $45 and $53 per hour.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing 

• Providing daily support for executives: manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports 
• Support coordination across offices in conjunction with the Director of Staff 
• Coordinate meetings and company events as needed as a member of the event team (set-up, food orders, company off-sites, parties, etc.) 
• Interact daily with other executive assistants to partner on company-wide projects and communication activities 
• Create purchase orders and review/approve invoices for payment for related vendors 
• Be the back-up for various functions and provide coverage as needed 

 We’re excited if you have 

• 7+ years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant with experience juggling multiple projects at one time 
• Proactive nature with exceptional attention to detail 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team 
• Ability to work with all levels of the company across multiple locations 
• Highly organized, with excellent follow-up and tracking skills 
• High level of proficiency in Outlook/email, calendar scheduling, and Microsoft Office 
• Previous working experience working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines a must 
• Previous experience in a high-tech engineering organization is highly desired
