Global Web Program Manager

About the role 

We are looking for a proactive, process-oriented and highly organized professional for the position of Global Web Program Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage the planning and execution of web projects, production schedules and quality assurance processes. They will work cross functionally with our Web Marketers, Web Producers, UX, localization and other cross functional partners and stakeholders to prioritize requests and coordinate timelines and deliverables for major web initiatives.  

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a project management role in web program management, across multiple regions and time zones. They are a proactive team player with a head for process, a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem solving and a self-starter attitude. They will be non-political, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different business and functional teams. They will work quickly to understand priorities, develop and communicate a plan, prioritize appropriately, and deliver commitments on time. They will lead successful execution by tracking key dates and critical dependencies, working effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies, identifying and managing risks, and driving decision-making processes.

What you’ll be doing 

• Manage the high volume of Web requests – from basic site maintenance to large scale product launches and website section refreshes 
• Work with other program/project managers to coordinate timeline for initiatives such as product, OS and campaign launches
• Establishing processes for working globally with our localization teams and our partners worldwide
• Manage the weekly design sprint process 
• Find opportunities for process improvement and quality improvements and implement accordingly 
• Work to Identify and manage project risk through prioritization, communication and other avenues 

We’re excited if you have 

• 4+ years of global web project and/or program management experience 
• Experience in managing cross-functional relationships across multiple time zones  
• Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Airtable, Excel or others 
• Skilled communicator with good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills: Ability to succinctly communicate and facilitate project discussions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Must work well with little oversight, but also be aware of when/how to ask for assistance from senior team members or flag risks that need addressed  
• Keen prioritization skills and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred, but not required
