About the Team
Ad Product Strategy & Operations (PS&O) is a hybrid strategy and execution function within Roku's Ad Product organization. We partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making, ensure launch readiness, and operationalize product strategy across Roku's advertising portfolio. The team sits at the intersection of product development and business enablement. Our focus is on driving clarity, scalability, and alignment across initiatives, from roadmap planning through launch execution. We also collaborate closely with commercialization partners to ensure new products and solutions are effectively brought to market with strong product-market fit.
About the Role
You'll serve as the go-to-market DRI for a defined product area within Roku's advertising portfolio. You'll contribute to defining and scaling new ad experiences and solutions - researching market opportunities, competitive offerings, and advertiser needs to inform what gets built - while driving the launch operations, release coordination, and cross-functional alignment that bring those solutions to market. The role acts as connective tissue between product development and business enablement - identifying operational gaps, synthesizing market feedback, and ensuring every launch is commercially ready. You will focus on one of the following areas within Roku's advertising portfolio:
- Ad Experiences — Defining and scaling new creative and interactive ad formats that engage viewers across Roku's platform.
- Roku Exchange — Supporting strategy and operations for Roku's video advertising products and third-party programmatic integrations.
- Performance, Data, & Measurement — Driving go-to-market readiness for Roku's suite of performance offerings that help drive towards advertisers' media goals and prove the value of Roku media.
- The ideal candidate is curious about digital advertising and CTV, organized in fast-moving environments, and eager to learn how advertisers and agencies evaluate platforms. You understand how to translate complexity into clarity, thrive in cross-functional settings, and are excited to build the operational muscle behind Roku's advertising business.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What you’ll be doing
- Contributed to the definition and positioning of new ad experiences and solutions by researching competitive offerings, advertiser needs, and market dynamics; applying go-to-market frameworks that scale across Roku's advertising business.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to drive technical integrations that power Roku’s Ad products.
- Partner with Product, Ad Sales, Operations, and Legal to unblock revenue opportunities by addressing compliance, go-to-market, pricing and packaging, and operational challenges.
- Manage go-to-market readiness and release management for new ad products within your area, including alpha/beta coordination, commercial packaging, US and international launch support, and sales enablement materials that equip Ad Sales teams from day one.
- Monitor post-launch performance against exit criteria, manage day-to-day operational needs, and synthesize market feedback into clear summaries that inform product roadmap discussions.
We’re excited if you have
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, product marketing, program management, or equivalent practical experience, ideally within digital advertising.
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in advertising experiences, programmatic advertising, and/or advertising data and performance measurement is a plus — along with broader curiosity about digital advertising, ad tech, CTV/streaming, or media, and a willingness to develop deep domain expertise.
- Comfortable operating as a directly responsible individual (DRI) for a defined workstream, balancing autonomy with close collaboration with senior PS&O and product leadership.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with an ability to structure ambiguous problems and support data-informed recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
- Collaborative and proactive working style; comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable using AI tools to increase productivity in research, developing presentations and briefing documents, and other professional tasks.

The Roku Culture
Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
