About the team

The devices org aims to more clearly define its strategic and business priorities, to identify products and initiatives that support those priorities, to enable teams to have the appropriate resources and roadmaps to execute against these plans, and to support those teams in evaluating the progress of their efforts. The Devices Strategy and Operations (Devices S&O) team has been formed to advance these objectives by working directly with senior, cross-company stakeholders to successfully execute on business critical, complex and cross-functional programs for Rokus Device organization.

For California Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $50 per hour.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and wellness benefits.

About the role

As an intern, you will be working on a team responsible for driving cross-product decisive strategy and operations to ultimately drive account growth for Roku. In role, you will be led by the Devices Strategy & Operations lead, working directly with senior, cross-company stakeholders to plan and execute on Device’s highest impact programs. This position requires an open mind, passion for technology, and interest in improving processes to make critical business decisions.

  • Working on a specific project outlined by the team member you work with
  • Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
  • Help drive initiatives forward by working with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into results
  • Learning and engaging with teams to make decisions
