My Profile helps you review and manage the information you share with Roku while you explore roles and stay connected with our teams. The sections below explain what each part of this page does and how to request removal of information from our systems.

About you | Always shows
This section shows the basic details you provided when you joined the Roku talent community or applied for roles.
You see items such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
You use this area to review and update your first and last name when needed.

Sign out | Only appears when logged in, applied to a role, or recently entered the Talent Community
Sign out ends your current WeAreRoku.com session on the browser you are using.
To return to your profile, sign in again with the same email address.

Favorites | Always shows, and will appear if you have favorites selected
Favorites shows roles or pages you saved while browsing WeAreRoku.com.
You return here to view saved items or remove items you no longer need.

Job alerts | Always shows, and will appear if you have job alerts saved
This section shows all alerts you have set up on WeAreRoku.com.
You may remove an individual alert by selecting the trashcan icon on the right.
You may also choose Cancel All Job Alerts to remove every alert at once.

Communications | Only appears when logged in, applied to a role, or recently entered the Talent Community
This section lets you manage your email preferences.
You may select Unsubscribe to stop all alerts and emails from our job site.
If you return to the site later and sign up again, your communication will resume until you unsubscribe.

Devices | Always shows if accepted any cookies
Devices displays the browsers or devices linked to your profile on WeAreRoku.com.
You remove a device by selecting the trash icon next to it.
Removing a device clears stored cookies and sign in information for that device for our job site.

Request your data | Only appears when logged in, applied to a role, or recently entered the Talent Community
Request your data gives you a way to ask for a copy of personal information stored for your WeAreRoku.com profile and talent community activity.
After you submit a request, our team receives a notice and begins preparing your data in line with privacy requirements.

Delete your account  | Only appears when logged in, applied to a role, or recently entered the Talent Community
Delete your account applies only to your WeAreRoku.com profile and talent community record.
When you confirm this choice, Roku removes or anonymizes the information linked to your profile on our job site. This includes saved roles, job alerts, and profile details.
Note: This action does not remove or withdraw any job applications held in our applicant tracking systems.

Requesting removal from Roku applicant tracking systems
If you want Roku to remove personal information held in our applicant tracking systems, including active or past applications, email people@roku.com with the details below.

• Full name used during your application
• Email address linked to your profile and applications
• Country or region of residence
• Recent job titles or job IDs you applied for, if available

Once received, our team reviews your information and begins the process to withdraw active applications and delete or anonymize related records in line with legal and regulatory obligations.

Important notes
Deleting your WeAreRoku.com account affects only your job site profile and talent community information.
To remove information from Roku recruiting systems used to process applications, you need to email people@roku.com.
