Streaming is changing how we watch what we love. It’s the dawn of the streaming decade, and we’re looking for bright, passionate students who are excited to help us shape the future of TV.

Roku is big enough to reach millions of TV streamers around the world and small enough that every team member, whether you are an intern or early in your career, plays an important role. As part of our Early Careers program, you will work on meaningful projects and contribute to solving real-world challenges. To ensure a great experience, our program is guided by three key principles:

Mentorship

Every Intern is paired with a senior leader on their team. You’ll work with your mentor to set goals and ensure you get the support needed to be successful.

Real-world experience

You’ll collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners on substantial projects. This allows you to put what you’ve learned in the classroom to the test and see what it would be like to work with us full time.

Collaboration & Trust

We value trust, personal responsibility and accountability. We’ll encourage you to be proactive, offer input and make decisions, with appropriate guidance and consensus-building.
