Medical 

Supplemental Medical Insurance  

  • Outpatient & Inpatient care 100% and 50% reimbursed respectively up to insured limit of RMB 20,000 per person 
  • Mental health services coverage included 
  • Includes Class B medicines and Class C medicines 90% reimbursed up to RMB 2,000 
  • Medicare box coverage for OTC drugs, teeth cleaning, vaccination up to RMB 1,000 (Employee) 
  • Coverage available for partner and child dependents (subject to age restrictions) 

GP Consultation Services 

  • Unlimited Text/chat GP consultations  
  • Video/audio consultations (up to 30 minutes per annum) 
  • Arrange outpatient appointments (up to 2 per annum) 
  • Critical illness hospital arrangement (up to 1 per annum) 

Annual Physical Checkup 
Hospital Income 

  • Up to 180 days per year coverage with no deductible 
  • Insured limit is RMB 200 or RMB 400 for ICU care per day 

Critical Illness 

  • Reimbursed at 100% up to RMB 150,000 for 30+ critical conditions 
  • A lump sum allowance payable if was diagnosed with one of the above 
  • Reimbursement at 30% for 3 kinds of mild illness 

Financial Protection

Term Life (Death In Service)  

  • Coverage up to RMB 1,000,000 for death whilst in Roku service resulting from an illness or accident 

Accident Insurance 

  • Coverage up to RMB 1,000,000 that causes death, disability or injury as a result of an accident  

Public Carrier Accident Insurance 

  • Coverage up to RMB 400,000 for accidental death or dismemberment resulting from the use of public or private transport

Public Pool Insurance 

  • Gap insurance coverage up to RMB 100,000 to cover costs when medical reimbursement allowance has been fully utilized 

Additional Benefits 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Up to 7 counseling visits per employee per year via video, phone, or in‑person 
  • Psychological health inspection system type test access 
  • 24/7 hotline support 

Business Travel Assistance  

  • 24/7 worldwide emergency support during business travel 
  • AD&D benefits, medical evacuation, and up to US$500,000 urgent or emergency medical coverage abroad 
  • Coverage allowed for employee, partner and dependents 

Time Off

Employees are entitled (subject to terms and conditions) to the following leave: 

  • Annual Leave: 15 days plus public holidays (FTE)
  • Sickness: 10 days (FTE)  
  • Bereavement: 1-3 days 
  • Marriage: 3-10 days  

Other leave that may be available include those for miscarriage, paternity, maternity, elderly care and parental needs.
