Hospital Income

- Coverage up to RMB 400,000 for accidental death or dismemberment resulting from the use of public or private transport
Public Pool Insurance
- Gap insurance coverage up to RMB 100,000 to cover costs when medical reimbursement allowance has been fully utilized

Time Off
Employees are entitled (subject to terms and conditions) to the following leave:
- Annual Leave: 15 days plus public holidays (FTE)
- Sickness: 10 days (FTE)
- Bereavement: 1-3 days
- Marriage: 3-10 days
Other leave that may be available include those for miscarriage, paternity, maternity, elderly care and parental needs.
