Pension

  • Employer pension scheme available with Roku contribution equal to 10% of basic salary when employee contributes a minimum of 3% 

Life Cover

  • Company insured for x1 basic annual salary with sum payable to beneficiaries in the event of employee death while working at Roku
  • Insured amount can be increased up to x8 basic salary upon employee request

Disability & Critical Illness Cover

  • Insured for disability on a sliding scale ensuring 75% of basic salary coverage with social security element included 
  • Minimum 100,000 DKK, can be adjusted up to 655,000 DKK

Business Travel Assistance

Eligibility: Employee and Family as applicable to program terms

  • 24/7 worldwide support for emergencies during business travel
  • Includes AD&D benefits, medical evacuation, and up to US$500,000 urgent or emergency medical coverage abroad

Time Off

Employees are entitled (subject to terms and conditions) to the following leave:

  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus 10 bank holidays (FTE)
  • Pregnancy & Maternity: 4 weeks and 14 weeks
  • Adoption: 15-18 weeks
  • Paternity: 2 weeks
  • Parental: 46 weeks
