Account Coordinator
Teamwork makes the stream work.
Roku is changing how the world watches TV
Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and we've set our sights on powering every television in the world. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.
From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.
About Us
We are a leading streaming platform connecting consumers to the content they love, enabling publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and providing advertisers unique capabilities to engage viewers at scale. We operate at the intersection of content, technology, and advertising, and our teams move fast to deliver results for clients and partners across the ecosystem.
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you help own the operational engine of the campaign lifecycle — from pre-sale planning support through IO close, programmatic deal setup, trafficking, launch, and reporting — across Direct IO (DIO), Sponsorship, Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Private Marketplace (PMP) campaigns. Embedded in a client-facing pod alongside Account Managers and Account Executives, you are the person who helps keep campaigns moving and people informed.
When a campaign goes live on time and is set up correctly, it is because you drove the details across every team that touched it.
How will I use AI at Roku?
At Roku, we don't just use AI, we work with it. AI agents and smart tools help power drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows, while our people bring direction, judgment, and accountability.
We value curious, adaptable builders, who can show how they've used AI, agents, or automation to move faster, improve quality, and scale their impact. Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment.
What You'll Be Doing
This role spans the full campaign lifecycle. On any given day you may be supporting proposal development, managing a campaign launch, troubleshooting a trafficking issue, supporting wrap report creation, and more.
- Deal close and billing. Verify plan details against signed IO terms, own billing case submission and communications with offshore partners through final approval, confirm systems and contract match before an opportunity moves forward, and own closing out cases
- Programmatic setup. Own the configuration details that make programmatic deals work — SSP, seat ID, and demand system setup for Programmatic Guaranteed; flight creation, deal ID requests, and deal delivery to the client for PMP
- Launch management. Own end-to-end launch readiness: build launch cases, verify flight accuracy, map and QA tags and measurement details, and drive every open item to closure so campaigns go live on schedule. Ensuring campaigns launch on time is a major KPI for this role
- Creative and trafficking. Manage creative asset intake and delivery through project management and creative trafficking tools, verify specs, and ensure everything is mapped correctly ahead of launch
- Cross-functional communication. Own the loop across offshore partners, Ad Operations, Billing, Measurement, Inventory, Brand Activation, and some clients — you are the person who makes sure nothing sits unresolved
- In-flight and post-campaign support. Confirm launch with clients, troubleshoot tag and delivery issues, resolve billing discrepancies, and support performance reporting and wrap deliverables
- Data accuracy. Keep pipeline, flighting, and opportunity data accurate across core platforms throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Workflow automation. Use AI tools daily to reduce manual work and error — QA'ing setups, drafting communications, summarizing performance, and automating repetitive reporting and case management
- Pre-sale support, over time. As you build fluency, you will take on pre-sale work including avails pulls, inventory checks, targeting and audience segment creation in our data management platform (DMP), and campaign flighting and line item creation in Salesforce
We're Excited If You Have
- 1+ years of experience in digital media, account management, campaign management, or a client-facing operations role
- A demonstrated ability to own workstreams end to end in a high-volume environment, holding many moving pieces without letting details slip
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once and close loops without being chased
- A detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful mindset: you notice where a workflow breaks and either fix it or bring in the right partners to support, rather than working around it
- Comfort working across multiple campaign types and deal structures; familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Airtable is a plus
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach: you don't wait to be asked, you anticipate what's needed and move it forward
- Eagerness to build deep expertise in programmatic advertising, media planning, the full campaign lifecycle, and the streaming ecosystem

What should I know about Roku's culture?
Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
