About the Team
Roku’s Partner Marketing team blends creativity, data-driven strategy, and deep partner relationships to deliver breakthrough campaigns and maximize subscription growth. We collaborate across product, analytics, retail, and creative teams, architecting promotional offers, barter media deals, and tentpole activations that move users beyond app launching and into immersive, platform-driven content discovery.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director overseeing Partner Marketing, this leadership role manages a dedicated team focused on developing promotional offers, negotiating barter media deals, and executing tentpole campaigns. The Senior Manager owns the full initiative lifecycle—from strategic ideation and partnership building to cross-functional alignment, campaign architecture, and operational delivery—driving innovation and measurable impact across Roku’s partner ecosystem.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $148,000 - $199,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive growth for Roku’s streaming partners
- Develop strategies to secure promotional offers, negotiate barter media deals, and launch impactful tentpole campaigns—delivering distinct value and elevated brand engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, collaborating closely to develop innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives that drive shared goals and maximize value for both Roku and its partners
- Oversee media planning, execution, and ongoing optimization for partner and performance campaigns, ensuring strategies consistently deliver incremental results through continual refinement of channel selection, audience targeting, campaign tactics, and media allocation
- Champion rigorous measurement, reporting, and actionable insights in partnership with analytics, media distribution, and automation teams to maximize incremental growth
- Foster continuous innovation and operational excellence through team development, AI-driven workflows, and project management rigor
We’re Excited If You Have:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years’ experience leading high-performing marketing teams in streaming, consumer technology, digital subscriptions, or branded entertainment campaigns, with proven results in partnership-driven initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing complex external partnerships, including campaign ideation, co-marketing, and strategic initiatives with retailers or streaming partners
- Strong track record of delivering measurable, incremental growth through large-scale promotions, barter media deals, and tentpole campaign executions
- Advanced capability in strategy alignment, team development, creative ideation, and project management within matrixed environments and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in analytical approaches to campaign measurement, performance optimization, and the use of AI-driven workflow and automation tools
- Demonstrated fluency in machine learning and marketing automation as applied to media and campaign personalization
- Exceptional relationship building, executive stakeholder influence, and communication skills to drive business impact and partnership success
