About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead supply integrations within its advertising product organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of onboarding publisher partners into Roku's ecosystem, working to both standardize and streamline those integrations while supporting the unique requirements each partner brings. You will focus on enriching inbound ad requests with the right signals to maximize their effectiveness through internal systems and external partnerships. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, data science, sales, partnerships, and executive stakeholders to build and refine the programmatic exchange that powers Roku's advertising platform. You will drive experimentation and optimization for pricing, routing, and supply-demand elasticity across inventory segments. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Roku works with the advertising ecosystem, partner with leading ad technology companies, and build at scale in a real-time exchange powered by installed hardware in over 100 million households. If you are energized by complex technical challenges, familiar with CTV inventory share agreements, and understand programmatic ad technology, this role offers the chance to capture the most value from Roku's third-party publisher opportunities.

For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $119,100 - $265,400.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

How will I use AI at Roku?

At Roku, we don't just use AI, we work with it. AI agents and smart tools help power drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows, while our people bring direction, judgment, and accountability. We value curious, adaptable builders, who can show how they've used AI, agents, or automation to move faster, improve quality, and scale their impact.

Strong candidates know how to frame problems, guide AI-assisted work, check the output, and learn quickly. Above all, they bring curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with publisher and operations teams internally and publisher partners externally to identify efficient and innovative ways to bring inventory into Roku's ecosystem
  • Shape how ad innovations such as interactive ads, pause ads, and native formats extend to publisher partners
  • Analyze publisher signals that monetize effectively and collaborate with partners to provide or enhance those signals using internal systems and external partnerships
  • Build metrics that communicate partner success and ensure the right outcomes are being measured
  • Develop a long-term partner roadmap aligned with company objectives and informed by partner success and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand and improve how the exchange handles and optimizes impressions
  • Enhance privacy-safe, regulatory-aware controls related to consent, privacy signals, opt-in/out, and sensitive ad categories
  • Own experimentation execution for pricing and routing changes, with clear measurement of impact on fill rate, CPM, latency, revenue, and user experience
  • Model and forecast supply-demand elasticity by inventory segment (device type, content genre, daypart, geography) to inform pricing and packaging strategy
  • Stay current on programmatic and CTV ecosystem shifts including SSP consolidation, curation, supply path optimization trends, and privacy-driven identity changes, and adapt algorithms accordingly
  • Work directly with industry groups such as the IAB Tech Lab to understand how supply partners operate and how to collaborate most efficiently
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex technical features
  • Work closely with engineering teams to balance technical feasibility with business impact
  • Analyze feature performance using data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform iterative improvements
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

We're excited if you have

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in an RTB-enabled ad technology company (large publisher operating a scaled exchange, SSP, or DSP)
  • Experience working at a CTV publisher or CTV platform in the area of platform or publisher integrations
  • Technical educational background
  • Understanding of RTB and exchange dynamics
  • Advertising DNA: Understanding of advertiser and agency dynamics and how different parties work with DSPs, SSPs, and publishers
  • Statistics and data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, partnerships, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills, including the ability to see the big picture and engage in the details to drive results

What should I know about Roku's culture?

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
