Medical 

Group Mediclaim Coverage (GMC)

Roku offers fully paid medical coverage for you and your family through Aditya Birla and Medi Assist, starting from your first day.

Eligibility: Employee, Spouse/Partner, 2 Children, and 2 Parents (or 2 Parent-in-Laws' cross combination not allowed)

  • Policy period: 1 June to May 31
  • Inpatient sum insured: ₹6,00,000 per family
  • Coverage for pre-existing conditions included
  • Copay: 10% on parental claims
  • Maternity: ₹90,000 for normal delivery and ₹1,00,000 for C-section
  • Outpatient (OPD): ₹20,000 per family

Voluntary Medical Top-up

Employees have the option to select voluntary top-up insurance to enhance their Group Medical Coverage (GMC)

  • Policy period: June 1 to May 31
  • Coverage can be increased in increments ranging from ₹1,00,000 to ₹10,00,000
  • Monthly premiums are payable post-tax

Financial Protection

Roku provides fully paid personal insurance for employees starting from your first day.

Group Personal Accident (GPA)

  • Accidental death and disability coverage up to 3x annual CTC

Group Term Life (GTL) Insurance

  • Life coverage up to 3x CTC with a free cover limit of ₹2,50,00,000

Business Travel Assistance

  • 24/7 worldwide support for emergencies during business travel.
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance includes AD&D benefits, medical evacuation, and up to US$500,000 in urgent or emergency medical coverage abroad.

Retirement 

Provident Fund

  • Employees contribute 12% of their basic salary to the Provident Fund
  • Roku matches this contribution with an additional 12% of basic salary

Corporate National Pension Scheme (NPS)

  • NPS is a voluntary, long-term retirement savings plan managed through HDFC
  • Employees may contribute up to 14% of basic salary through payroll deductions

Gratuity

  • Gratuity is a statutory benefit payable upon retirement age of 60 or if an employee has completed at least 4 years and 6 months of continuous service with Roku India.
  • Payment of 15 days of last drawn salary for each completed year of service up to ₹2,00,000

Wellness

Mental Health Support

  • Employees and their household members receive access to 6 sessions each with a Modern Health certified coach and licensed therapist each year at no cost 
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) telephone support for crisis counseling and referrals

Financial Wellness

  • Employees have unlimited access to an Origin certified financial planner to help make the most of their money at no cost

Additional Benefits

  • Creche (includes Day Care services) is available for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years

  • Annual Leave: 18 days per year
  • Holidays: 10 fixed days and 2 floating holidays
  • Sick Leave: 12 days (can be used to care for family)
