About the Role

We are looking for a Content Strategy & Operations Coordinator to work across our various lines of business including Sports, Originals, Licensed Content, and annual tentpole programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things entertainment, sports, and streaming.

Access: influence product roadmap for sponsorship activations based on business cases informed by marketplace feedback and competitive research  

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 to $94,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

 

About the team

The Roku Ad Marketing team is responsible for accelerating new revenue potential, advancing Roku's advertising brand positioning, and providing insights and inspiration that helps all businesses maximize their potential in TV streaming. Our team of marketers, strategists, and designers deliver client strategies, research and insights, new product innovations, events and experiences, and more that deliver on Roku's purpose to make TV better for everyone.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Support Content Strategy Manager in building and optimizing packages
  • Collect marketplace intelligence, including competitive analysis to inform new package recommendations. Synthesizing sales feedback will also be required.
  • Build sales facing sponsorship pages to provide key information on pricing, business rules, packaging strategy, etc.  
  • Work with cross functional partners across marketing, measurement, Revenue Operations, Account Management, and Product Strategy & Operations. For support on sports communication with leagues will be required  
  • Support in each Go To Market workstream by creating GTM project plan, capturing action items, etc.
  • Must be organized and capable of running multiple parallel projects and detail oriented to keep yourself and the broader cross functional team moving forward to package releases
  • Be an expert on Roku’s suite of products, both sponsorship and non-sponsorship, so you are best equipped to supporting in package creation
  • Build business cases as needed to turn marketplace and sales feedback into valuable sponsorship opportunities for brands. 

 

We're excited if you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, or media buying.  
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail is critically important.
  • Solution oriented mindset and collaborative nature to help drive work forward  
  • Self-motivated to create great work that’s digestible and scalable  
  • Proficient with Excel, PPT, and Media Radar  
  • College degree or equivalent
