About the role

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our internal product team and help supercharge the productivity of our Content Acquisition teams. In this role, you’ll develop plugins, automations, and internal tools that reduce manual effort and streamline key workflows. This is a hands-on role for a developer who enjoys transforming real-world problems into scalable software and collaborating closely with stakeholders to bring it to life.

 

What you'll be doing

  • You'll build custom Excel and Airtable plugins to automate business team workflows and reduce repetitive tasks, using and exploring other technologies as needed
  • You'll develop lightweight internal-facing UIs to simplify complex processes across multiple teams
  • You'll architect end-to-end automation pipelines that improve team efficiency and eliminate manual operations
  • You'll translate real-world use cases into production-ready TypeScript systems with clean, testable code
  • You'll collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored software solutions
  • You'll own tooling projects from scoping through deployment, iterating quickly based on feedback and changing needs

 

We're excited if you have

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building internal tools, scripting automations, or system integrations
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience building browser-based tools, dashboards, or plugins
  • Experience building Excel or Airtable plugins, scripting UIs, or embedding tool logic in interactive environments
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, and system design, including security and scalability concerns
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently on high-impact internal projects
  • A background in working closely with non-technical teams (BizDev, Marketing, Ops) to deliver real-world solutions
