About the team
The Revenue Operations team is responsible for maximizing yield through supply optimization, driving global ad revenue growth with strategic pricing and packaging, managing global publisher partnerships for ad inventory deals and delivery, and enhancing the efficiency of the ad sales organization by centralizing processes across our data tools and systems. By aligning advertising sales, marketing, product, and client services, the team aims to optimize the monetization of advertising inventory. This involves a blend of strategic planning, data analysis, system and tool utilization, and partnership management.
About the Role
Roku is looking for a Senior Business Automation Manager to join our expanding Revenue Operations Team. This role will take business ownership of Roku’s proprietary Order Management System which supports the digital advertising campaign lifecycle. In addition, this role will play a critical part in servicing and enhancing the campaign billing lifecycle. Specific focus areas to include application/data ownership of Roku’s Advertising Product Catalog, CRM/OMS integration management, OMS feature and workflow development, leading training, and owning day to day system services.
This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and previous experience managing and administering an Order Management System within the Advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and have a desire to think strategically to drive meaningful change within the organization. They should over-index on ownership, taking initiative and responsibility for their work.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing
- Administer and own OMS centric integrations through business lens with applications such as CRM/OMS, OMS/Inventory System, OMS/Billing System, and OMS/DMP.
- Consult and ideate workflow changes with Business and Product Teams to optimize Order Management System towards revenue production and efficiency gains.
- Collect and prioritize enhancement ideas from both users and leaders.
- Lead weekly stand up meetings with peer system teams to ensure cross functional alignment on priorities.
- Own and deliver new OMS features and initiatives.
- Lead User Acceptance Training programs for major upgrades.
- Lead End User Training for major upgrades.
- Ideate and adopt best practices for month-end billing workflows.
- Organize and participate in stakeholder discovery meetings to gather requirements and inform workflow development.
- Organize, administer, and present end user satisfaction (NPS) surveys.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance established campaign workflows.
We’re excited if you have
- 5+ years of experience in business operations/automation.
- 5+ years of experience managing Order Management System application within the Advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital and CTV advertising industry, with a desire to align processes and solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Sound understanding integrations with Order Management Systems; CRM and Adserver integration major plus.
- Experience collaborating with Finance/Accounting teams to ensure clean billing workflows.
- Experience leading feature/release testing procedure (upgrades).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to document processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Beginner proficiency in SQL with sound understanding of relational databases.
